1. How long have you been podcasting?
We launched the Lipsticknlaundry show In October 2008
2. How many shows have you done?
I believe about 100.
3. How has your quality/performance changed since your first show?
We were just getting our feet wet when we first started, now we have better lights, better production, better post editing, and we're looking forward to improving even more like filming in HD which will be very soon!
4. What podcasts do you listen to and which are your favorites?
We're extremely varied. From politics, to movie critiques, to family shows and more.
5. Tell us about your show and who should be listening to it?
LipsticknLaundry is a show with Women's cutting edge discussions, Trends, Hollywood gossip and pop culture. Although we say we are "Women's", we have lots of guy followers as well (how else are they gonna understand women!?)
6. What is your background (especially if relevant to your podcast)?
Judi is an on-air radio personality, on-camera spokesperson, actress and writer with credits at comedy central. Kate is an actress with numerous television and film credits. They're both outspoken women with a bit of snarkiness thrown in. Kate is extremely liberal, Judi leans to the moderate side so they're "Hot Mama's Drama" can invoke some nice cat fights, though the chemistry always brings them back to laughter!
6.5 Is there anything else your listeners should know about you, your show, etc?
We really want listeners to give us they're feedback, it means a lot to us. Especially when they DON'T agree with either one of us! We are working on being even more interactive with our listeners, because they're the most important part of LipstickNLaundry!
